Basque Cheese Cake

 
 

INGREDIENTS

1 kg Cream cheese

7 Eggs

400g Sugar

1 Tbs All purpose Flour

1/2 L heavy cream

PREPARATION

  1. Bring all ingredients to room temperature.

  2. Prepare a 25 cm springform pan with parchment paper.

  3. In a large bowl add the cream cheese and sugar. Combine. Whisk the eggs while adding one by one. Swift the flour to avoid lumps. Lastly while mixing add the heavy cream.

  4. Preheat the oven to 395 F. Bake for 45-60 minutes in the middle rack of the oven, until the surface is toasted.

  5. Let it rest for 3-4 hours until cake has completely cooled down
