Butter Soy Cod

 
 
 
 

INGREDIENTS

 

250g Cod fish

Starch

20g Butter

1 Tsp Soy

2 slice Lemon

Hand full spinach

Salt

Black pepper

 
 

PREPARATION

1. Cut a lemon wedge and set aside.

2. For the cod. Divide the fish in half. Salt and pepper on both sides. Lightly powder starch on both sides.

3. Heat a non stick frying pan and Melt butter accross the surface.

4. Introduce the cod Skin side down, into frying pan. Cook until skin is Charred. Turn cod when ready. Cook the other side until charred.

5. Introduce the spinach where there is space.

6. Time to add more flavor. Add the soy sauce to the buttered liquids in the pan.Once the sauce reduces, the dish is ready.
