INGREDIENTS

 

PER 1 SERVING

1 Carrot

1/2 Onion

2 egg ( per person)

226 g sausage

Oil

Salt

Pepper

2 cups Rice

5 Tbs Ketchup

 
 

PREPARATION

1. Peel and dices the onion and carrot

2. Cut the sausage into rolling wedges.

3. Warm a frying pan at medium heat, once hot add 1 Tbs of oil.

4. Fry the carrots and then the onion. When the onion is translucent and the carrot lost water add 1tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper. Stir and taste can always be added more salt and pepper. This will help to cook the carrots and release the water of the vegetable bringing their natural sugars.

5. Change the fire to medium-low and cook for 10-15 min. Add the sausage and cook one side until seal and turn.

6. Introduce 2 cups of cooked rice and stir with the vegetables and sausage until well combined.

7. Add 5 Tbs of Ketchup, mix until homogeneous through the stir. Taste, set aside to keep warm.

For the Egg

1. In a small bowl crack two egg and add, 1 tsp of milk and a 1/2 tsp of Kempie Mayo. Whisk all together.

2. In a hot frying pan add 15g of butter and swirl through the pan. Once melted lower temperature and add the eggs let it curd for 1 min. Then Bring the curd to the center and let the remaining egg liquid to take over the fryingpan. Do this clock wise through the whole pan.

3. Cook until set

Finalize:

Make a bowl with the stir fry and serve the egg on top. Add ketchup to top it.
