Miso Soup Potato, Onion, Snow Peas

 
 
 
 

INGREDIENTS

 

4 cups dashi soup

800ml water

8g Dashi powder

(Mix both together to make dashi soup)

1 Potato

1/4 Onion

7 Snow Peas

 
 

PREPARATION

  1. Remove the spine from snow peas.

  2. Peel and thinly slice the onion

  3. Peel and cut the potato into half moon.

  4. In a sauce pan introduce the Dashi soup add the potato. Bringing it to a boil and cook until a toothpick or knife can easily go through the potato.

  5. Add the onions, cook until translucent.

  6. Introduce the snow peas for 1 min.

  7. Incorporate the miso paste with the broth, using a small whisk. Turn off the heat and it’s ready to be served.
