Oven Steamed Miso Salmon
INGREDIENTS
230g Salmon
2tsp Sake
2tsp Rice Vinegar
4tsp Miso Paste (22g)
130g Cabbage
1 Carrot (33g)
10 g Butter
PREPARATION
Peel the carrots and cut into small Julien.
Cut the cabbage, as well.
Let’s make the sauce. Take the Sake, rice Vinegar and white miso, mix it all together.
Pat dry the salmon and season with some Salt and pepper.
Make a container with aluminum foil. Make sure it’s large enough to cover the full dish top and bottom.
Make a bed with the cabbage and carrots. Lay the salmon on top.
Cover with sauce evenly and add the butter on top of the salmon.
Close it, not letting air leave the container.
Steam Cook in an oven (or toaster over) at 230 C for 30 min.
