Summer Pasta Salad

 

INGREDIENTS

200g Pasta

4 pieces of Surimi

90 g Green Olives

100g Cocktail onion

1 jar of Giardiniera

20 g Capers

1 can of Corn

1 can of Tuna

Olive oil

Salt

 

PREPARATION

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot with salt to the optimal time suggested on its package. Once boiling, add the pasta. Then rinse with cold water.

  2. In a large bowl, add the pasta.

  3. Slice the surimi, cut the green olive in small size, mince the cocktail onion as well as the Giardiniera.

  4. Add capers and corn.

  5. Break up the tuna with a fork.

  6. Mix it all together while adding olive oil.

  7. Let it sit in the fridge to be enjoyed cold
