Romero Marinate Oven Baked Lamb Chops

 

INGREDIENTS

4 pieces of Lamb Chops

50g potato

1/2 Onion

2 cloves of Garlic

2 stems of fresh Rosemary / 1/4 cup of Dry rosemary

20 ml Olive oil

1/2 tsp Salt

 

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the onion and potato into thin slices. The thinner the slices the faster it will cook.

  2. In a mortar, add Garlic, Rosemary, Salt and Pepper. Crush all ingredients together. Add the olive oil and mix well.

  3. Line oven tray with olive oil. Lay a bed of the onion and potato. Paint on top with marinate.

  4. Marinate the Lamb Chop on both side and lay on top. Add the remaining marinate.

  5. In a preheat oven at 430 F, bake for 20-30 min. After 10 min turn over the lamb chops and cook for the remaining baking time. To finish set the oven to broil and char for 5 minutes.
